Heat-treated and stress-relieved steel frame ensures zero deformation for over 20 years.
Equipped with Raytools sensors for high-speed piercing and consistent cutting quality.
The LFH4020 is optimized for high-demand sectors such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and heavy steel structures. It delivers exceptional performance on stainless steel, carbon steel, and high-reflectivity materials like aluminum and brass.

The stability of the machine bed directly determines the cutting accuracy and the lifespan of the fiber laser machine. For a high-performance 2060 model, the bed structure is the most critical component.
Why it matters: A plate-welded bed provides the "rigidity" required for fiber lasers over 3000W. Without it, the machine will lose its positioning accuracy within years, leading to wasted materials and high maintenance costs.
The cutting capacity depends on the laser power source. For example, a 3kW source can cut up to 20mm Carbon Steel and 10mm Stainless Steel. With 12kW, you can cut up to 40-50mm Carbon Steel. We will recommend the optimal power based on your specific needs.
Plate-welded beds provide much higher rigidity and weight (4.5 tons+ for the 2060), which is essential for absorbing vibrations during high-speed acceleration. It prevents deformation over time, ensuring the machine maintains ±0.03mm accuracy for over 20 years.
We use the industry-standard CNC control system. It is highly intuitive and supports DXF, AI, and PLT files. Most operators can master the basic cutting process within 2 days of our online or on-site training.
Standard production time is 20-30 working days. We provide a 24-month warranty on the entire machine (excluding consumables) and lifetime technical remote support.
Yes! We have a global team of engineers. We offer detailed installation videos and manuals, and we can also dispatch engineers to your facility for setup and comprehensive staff training.
