01 Interpretation
"The Company" refers to PCL Cut & Weld. "The Customer" refers to any person, firm, or company purchasing industrial equipment from us.
02 Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of an order occurs only when the Company issues a written acknowledgement or receipt of deposit.
03 Price and Payment
Prices exclude VAT and shipping unless specified. Payment must be made in the currency stated on the invoice.
Note: For customized robotic welding systems, a 50% deposit is required before production starts.
04 Delivery and Risk
Delivery dates are approximate. The risk of the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier or the Customer's designated location.
05 Warranty & Liability
We provide a 12-month warranty on core components. This does not cover consumable parts (nozzles, protective lenses, etc.) or damage caused by improper operation by untrained personnel.
06 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
